Core Clauses for GOKEN Trader

  No Financial Services Provide

  GOKEN Trader does not act as a broker-dealer or financial advisor. All services provided are strictly for simulated trading and educational purposes. No real money or actual brokerage accounts are handled or managed by GOKEN Trader.

  Simulation Account Acknowledgment

  All evaluation phases, challenges, and funded accounts utilize virtual funds on simulated environments. Users acknowledge that no actual market execution occurs, and all trade data generated is the sole property of GOKEN Trader.

  Account Violation & Termination

  Any breach of the specified risk parameters—including Maximum Daily Loss (3% or 5%), Maximum Total Loss (6% or 10%), or Payout Consistency Rules—will result in immediate termination of the account with zerorefund eligibility.

  Payout Eligibility & Anti-Cheating

  Payouts are strictly conditional upon the verification of consistent trading patterns. GOKEN Trader reserves the right to deny payouts or freeze accounts engaging in latency arbitrage, high-frequency scalping manipulation, grid-trading exploits, or multi-account straddling.

  Non-Refundable Fee Policy

  All registration fees paid for challenges, evaluations, or instant funding options are strictly non-refundable once account credentials have been generated and issued to the user.

  Payout Eligibility

  Traders are eligible to request their first profit split 14 days after executing the first trade on the Virtual Funded Account. Subsequent payout requests can be made every 7 days (Weekly Payouts).

  Processing Time

  Once a payout request is submitted and approved by the risk management team, the funds will be processed and dispatched within 3 to 5 business days via the selected payment method.

  Consistency & Verification

  Goken Trader reserves the right to review trading logs for up to 5 business days prior to payout approval to ensure compliance with the Consistency Rule.

  Single Day Profit Limit

  To ensure consistent and professional trading behavior, Goken Trader enforces a 20% Consistency Rule for all funded accounts. No single trading day’s net profit may account for more than 20% of the total profits earned during the specific payout evaluation period

  To unlock the blocked excess profits, the trader must continue trading consistently in subsequent days to increase the total profit pool, bringing the single-day profit ratio back below the 20% limit."
